Warrick Bowden has been in the print industry for the last 24 years, coming from a long line of printers, his knowledge of the print and packaging industry is second to none. His career started in Woodprint Craft and he covered all areas from packaging to general print, whilst studying in Bolton Street. He then moved to Microprint to implement the commercial print department and looked after the requirements of computer manual companies. 

With over 24 years experience in finance and project management, Fiona joined Character over 12 years ago. Since joining Character she has developed and improved all aspects of the financial systems continuing to measure, monitor and improve. She oversaw the implementation of our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in 2009 and continues to strive to a high level in Quality Assurance working with our Quality Assurance Manager.

Ivan has been in the print industry for the last 11 years. He has worked as a Senior Sales Manager and for a short period owned his own business, and has a high standard of approach to meeting clients needs. Throughout his career he has acquired extensive knowledge of the industry including lithographic, digital, wide format, envelopes and branding. He is driven to delivering highest levels of customer service and product quality.

Agne's career began in Koverto Envelopes / Colourworld Print, where she has worked as a Key Account Manager and specialised in envelope print and manufacturing. Whilst working full time, she has graduated from Carlow IT, where she has received a Bachelor of Business in Management. After her graduation she launched her career in Dublin, where she has gained knowledge in digital / litho print, marketing, design and production. Agne strives to ensure that all customer needs are met in an efficient manner, and offers a seamless assistance to Character's clients..

Working mainly in Accounts and Sales Administration roles, Caitriona has gained a reputation for customer care. Her commitment to clients ensures that their printing requirements are of the highest quality. Throughout her career she has required valuable experience in all aspects of the industry, Direct Mail, personalisation, fulfilment, stock control and distribution. 

Having completed his apprenticeship, Jack worked as a printing machine operator for a period of five years in the Wood Printing Company, Dublin Print and Paper Company. He then took a position as a Print Order Clerk in the Circulation Dept., of the Haymarket Publishing Company in London. On his return to Dublin two years later he applied for and secured a position in the Accounts Payable section of the Government Stationery Office. After five years he accepted a position in Print Sales for Cahills Printers Ltd., Dublin and later Litho Studios Ltd., Dublin. In 1988 together with two colleagues, Jack became a founder Director of Microprint Ltd., where he managed production scheduling and materials purchasing until fifteen years. He now works across estimating, production and purchasing in Mail-It, Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin

Has been working in the data and mailing industry since 2004. Sarah joined Mail IT in January 2012 and works in Mail IT’s IT Department. She has worked on projects for Focus Ireland, Temple Street, Cork Simon, Irish Heart Foundation and many more.

Has been working in the production area for the last 11 years. Anna joined Mail IT in June 2017 and now works across Estimating, Production and Purchasing for Mail-It.

Marek joined Mail IT in March 2016 before then Marek worked in the production and banking sector. He now works in Mail IT’s IT Department and has worked on projects for Focus Ireland, Temple Street, Cork Simon, Irish Heart Foundation and many more.
