Warrick Bowden

Founder & Managing Director
With more than 30 years in print, Warrick’s experience spans every part of the industry — from pre-press and production to sales and client support. When he founded Character Print Solutions in 2000, his goal was simple: to give clients honest advice, reliable service, and great results. That philosophy still guides everything we do today. Outside of work, Warrick enjoys the outdoors and is a lifelong rugby fan.
Fiona Corcoran

Founder & Finance Director
Fiona has been part of Character from day one, leading our finance operations and quality assurance programme. Her eye for detail and commitment to high standards keep everything running smoothly — both behind the scenes and for our clients. Fiona combines structure and insight with a calm, steady approach. Away from the office, she’s happiest on the golf course or enjoying time outdoors.
Ivan Mazuka

Production Director
Ivan leads our Production and Account Management teams, bringing more than 17 years of hands-on experience across print sales, production and client service. Known for his practical advice and creative problem-solving, Ivan helps clients turn complex ideas into flawless finished work. When he’s not managing print projects, he’s often exploring Ireland’s hidden gems.
